If, for any reason, You change your mind or are unsatisfied with a purchase; We invite You to contact us via our email address. The following terms are applicable for any products that You’ve purchased with Us. /note: Due to the process of production on some items a 14 day window is established to provide adequate time to prepare and ship item(s) to the destination of the purchaser
Your Order Cancellation Rights
In the event, after an order has been placed with Us; If the process time exceeds beyond 14 days, (from the day of placing the order; to the expected day of receiving the purchased item(s); a refund can be requested and fully refunded before the item(s) purchased are shipped.
In order to exercise Your right to cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of your request via email at (d.thompkins68@gmail.com).
Upon receiving contact via customers email, we will process and reimburse a refund to the card on file, on the next available business day. Depending on the financial institution overseeing these transactions; a 3 day grace period may be applied.
Returns & Refunds: Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the Return and Refund policy of /The Opened Treasure/.
Once the customer has received the item(s) of purchase; a 10 day window will be provided for the customer to check their order. If the customer is unsatisfied with the purchase; they must return the item(s) within the 10 days of receiving their order. /The Opened Treasure/ will refund the full amount of the purchased item(s) without any questions.
No refund will be given on any purchase kept pass the 10 days allowed to return the item(s).
Items purchased will only qualify for return and refund under the following conditions:
-The condition of the item(s) purchased must be the same as it were at the time of purchase. (No tares/dirt/etc.) unused.
-If item(s) has tags; all tags must still be intact.
-The item(s) must not have any damage.
-The customer must provide an order receipt for proof of purchase of the item(s) requesting to be returned.
If the allotted time elapse or the purchaser fail to fulfill any of the conditions described above; the opportunity for Return and Refund will be forfeited. /The Opened Treasure/ will not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
If a refund is granted on any item; the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer returning the item(s).
